We offer many services which may reduce your water consumption.
Smart Controllers
Smart Controllers are irrigation controllers which water according to climate conditions and adjust the timing daily
in response to weather data. Irritrol and other manufacturers have a satellite based system which requires a monthly fee of
$5 or more, depending on the manufacturer. Irritrol offers a retrofit module if you already have an Irritrol Rain Dial controller.
Based on your water usage, you may be eligible for up to $500 in rebates from EBMUD.
Hunter offers a weather based smart controller which works with the Hunter Pro-C controller. This includes a mini-weather
station which is installed on your property. There is no monthly fee for this system. Based on your water usage, you may be
eligible for EBMUD rebates up to $500.
Mini-rotors
We can retrofit your existing pop-up sprinklers into mini-rotors which are more efficient and are better matched to the
slower infiltration rate of clay soils. These are eligible for Contra Costa Water District rebates for commercial properties
and EBMUD rebates for high water users.
